Jg electronics sorted out the issue
I made a review on december 2025 complaining about receiving damaged mugs in my packages, I was finally assisted by Karen and was Credited on my account.. thank you so much for sorting out the issue...

My parcel was damaged when I received it
First time ordering from u guys, I was so impressed with the delivery time, it was delivered on time, but i was not happy with my parcel at all because I found out that 5 mugs out of the 36 mugs I ordered were broken, will I get a replacement from JG electronics or is it my loss, I have sent an email, but no response yet....

First time purchased from this store and there was no issues. I did query about a delivery time as there was none provided to me (no response on an email request as well) however the delivery was received next day with no problems. Product quality was according to expectations. Thank you.

Turn around strategy😉
After a bad experience I dealth with Derrick who was extremely professional and courteous. When in business one should always persevere to see the human side of a situation and he was humble enough to see the issue for what it was. So JG going forward ensure that your " front of house" or employees are people orientated and know how to handle situations and not be on defense mode constantly. Thanks Derrick.
