The worse service in all of Cape Town
Like all the other reviews, I have also been unable to get them to honour the guarantee. Five weeks ago they came out in a flash, and were gone in a bigger flash. They replace inferior parts in your appliance and you pay in good faith believing that the workmanship is good and guaranteed. Now try to get them back to honour they guarantee, and they are nowhere to be found.

Dishonesty at the highest level
People beware avoid this bogus dishonest and daylight ******* of your hard earned cash.They are blatant ****s never fulfilling thier paid for promises and obligations. They never reply to messages and are the highest point of impossibility of returning phone calls. Never honor thier verbal non existent 3 month guarantee / warranty as after hastily accepting your cash promising to send you and invoice stipulating the guarantee they automatically vanish into thin air or like mist before the sun.Avoid at all costs to spare yourself utter disappointment at such atrocious and despicable and disgusting service

No repairs done
Was quick to come out, said they replaced a part and fill with new gas but payment had to be made first. Fridge was EXACTLY the same after they left . Took my microwave away for repairs and now its gone, ****** I presume because they dont answer calls and ignore whats app.

Bad experience
If I could make this a zero star rating I would use it. We paid in full, they came out 'fixed' the problem and said if it does not work to give them a call. Needles to say we are still waiting for them to come out and fix the problem with a three month guarantee. Would definitely not recommend them.

We used JAcks Appliances 0606364666 to repair our fridge, they came promtply re-gassed it at a cost of R 3050.00 a few weeks later we had the same problem. Unable to contact them they dont answer phone dont respond to messages.
