Our entire office network went down Monday morning with client presentations due that afternoon. A technician was remote-connected within ten minutes, had everything back online in under an hour, and left a clear report on how to prevent it recurring.

I took a keyboard in for repair under warranty over 5 month ago, they have not assisted me saying there are issues with Fenway and the supplier and they cannot do anything, they still have the keyboard which is no out of warrant and still they say they cannot do anything.

I'm giving ITWorkup 4 out of 5 for two reasons. First, when I bought a product from them about a year or so ago (it was an SSD if I remember correctly), I couldn't find a better price or a better selection of parts. Their service was quick, and they kept me up to date with the progress of my order. The SSD arrived that same week. The reason for the 4 out of 5, is regarding their recent business activities. They temporarily shut down their website, and there was no further explanation given. I just read that their previous CEO, Mr. Edvinas Aksomaitis, is under investigation by the Hawks for *****ulent activities. This is a concern, but I am glad they disclosed the reasoning behind their temporary closure. Given my good track record with them, I will encourage anyone to give them a chance to get back on their feet, and to support them, as their pricing were second to none, with the range of products rivaling even those of Evetech and Wootware.

********* *****sters. Don't buy from them or their sister company CSSI - only after placing the order of over R35k they notified us of a 4week delay. We waited...then the date was extended by another 2 weeks. Still no delivery. We then phoned CSSI and where promised a refund - we have ordered the parts and received them from another supplier and have now asked 5 times for a refund. Many stories and excuses and still out off pocket. We will be opening a case with SAPS and anyone wanting to join the class civil suite are welcome to contact us via our email.

their website disappeared, and they couldn't be contacted by email for over a wee. dont be fooled by the low prices - looked legit but clearly not. no attempt was made to contact me which they could have done. there are apparently 100's of people who have been **********.

I’m experiencing the same issue, the link to my order redirects to CSSI. Emails sent to [email protected] result in the following error response: Address not found Your message wasn’t delivered because the address couldn’t be found or is unable to receive mail. The response from the remote server: 550 5.1.1 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (chkuser) The website has since been updated with the message: "I sincerely apologise for the recent disruption at ITWORKUP....." This situation is unacceptable. At this point, I would rather cancel my order and request a full refund.
