Working here has given me a unique, inside perspective on what truly sets this company apart. I genuinely believe we’ve built one of the strongest brands in South Africa—not just in terms of recognition, but in the trust we’ve earned from our customers. There’s a consistent, company-wide focus on customer satisfaction that isn’t just talk; it’s something I see reflected daily in how teams operate, solve problems, and go the extra mile. Of course, no business is immune to the occasional negative review—there will always be one or two customers who’ve had a less-than-perfect experience. Prompt order response.
I was looking for the SR81 controller online and found that they had it and placed an order. Within minutes the order was processed and I was informed that it was ready for pickup. It was an emergency repair and I was ready to go fetch it anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they're actually in my backyard. Will definitely be shopping there often.
