We started our journey with ITEC 2 years ago and oh boy, what a ride. I will never suggest anyone doing business with them. Once they have your signature and the equipment is paid for, GOOD LUCK. I have to call them on a monthly basis to top up our "UNCAPPED INTERNET" when the data runs out. When this data runs out, we are left without internet and phone lines. EVERY SINGLE TIME their response is that they will check what is going on. EVERY SINGLE TIME they try to invoice me for the customer support restarting the hardware on my side. EVERY SINGLE TIME everything works again after they top up the data bundle that is supposed to be uncapped. They are pathetic!

Itec promsied me a VoIP solution. Charged massive set up fees and then provided a product that could not deliver. The lines is poor quality, none of my clients could hear me, I lost so much business and have been calling them almost every day for 3 weeks. Now it seema they sold me a product that can not be used on a mobile device, and refuse to give me my money back! This after all this hassle, and me trying to find a solution. Whatever you do, dont work with Itec, they offer zero client support, make promises on which they can not deliver and in the end will be a liability to your business.

Itec promsied me a VoIP solution. Charged massive set up fees and then provided a product that could not deliver. <p>In September 2015 our organization changed from Telkom to Itec. Befor be changed to ITEC our Telkom monthly account was an average of R1968-50 ( amount from 1-4-2015 - 31-08-2015 was R12 059-71 we pay for telecommunication to Telkom) From 31 September 2015 up to 31 March 2016 our expenditure on telecommunication were R33756-75 after we changed to ITEC. From 18 January 2016 up to date it is impossible for us to send or receive faxes. We can receive a fax2email. With numerious complaints it still do not work. Canon tested the fax/copier, they tested the copier/fax machine at another business in town and machine received and sent faxes. Canon and Telkom tested the line and came to the conclusion that the fault is with ITEC. We received an account from Telkom of R3178-45 for August 2016, we made an inquiry at ITEC, but up to date, after many phone calls and messages left for Johathan Scorgie at ITEC Welkom no one respond to the messages we left. From 01-04-2016 up to date our telephone expenditure are R25623-64 and we are a non-profit organization (well fare organization).
