I had an excellent experience daling with Wade Rhoda. From the very beginning, Wade was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in every step of the process. What really stood out was his commitment to customer satisfaction nothing felt rushed or forced, and he went the extra mile to ensure I was completely happy with my decision. His friendly and approachable manner made the entire experience smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Wade Rhoda to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly customer focused sales experience.

I am very disappointed with the service and treatment I received from your Polokwane branch. I am a pensioner who is a treasure in our NGO. On the 03/03/2026 I accidentally deposited R1000 of our NGO's funds into Italtile's account. Upon realising my error I contacted our bank Nedbank and informed them, they in turn advised that the Polokwane branch was not receptive to their request and would not cooperate in rectifying this situation. They blatantly refused to reverse the transaction even though there is clearly no purchase matching this amount due to them and this was a genuine mistake. We are a struggling NGO and this loss may seem small to them but has a very big impact on the work we do for the community. We can not afford this loss and I as a pensioner can not cover it. We have records to prove the above information if needed.

After a disappointing initial experience with a delayed and incomplete delivery, I was contacted by the team at Italtile who took immediate steps to resolve the issue. They arranged a second consignment to deliver the remaining items, and although one item was still missing, the follow-up was exceptional. The manager and team in charge personally reached out, and ensured that the final item was delivered before 3pm the same day. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue quickly really stood out. I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the customer service and management team. The issue was resolved within a day, and I’m happy to acknowledge their effort in turning the situation around

Very disappointed with ITALTILE Bryanston. I ordered 10 items for my kitchen renovation, but only 3 arrived—and they were delivered a day late. Worse, the items that did arrive were small accessories I could have easily picked up myself. The main items, which were essential for continuing the renovation, were missing. When I called to follow up, I was told, “You’re supposed to get all,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. My workers were on-site, waiting for the full delivery, and the delay caused unnecessary downtime and cost me money. I expected better service and communication. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this store.

So sad, after using Italtile Northgate Cape Town on 3 builds in the last 10 years, specifically because of good customer service, this customer care no longer exists.Bought a Tivoli MoveSink Mixer for R6999 April 2024 and after finally installing later in year and many services by agent and privately, tap continuously gets blocked because holes too smsll not practical.we were dumped, no come back, no refund and in the end had to buy new tap, no discount.So disappionting.we really are just numbers these days.Out of principal will not go back to Italtile and would discourage anyone I know not to use them.

Thank you Adam Schoonraad for professional, friendly and excellent service. Adam made us feel welcome and assisted us with enthusiasm even though it was not a big sale. He even showed us the probable outcome on a very useful app. We shopped around for material for a bathroom renovation and assistants at most other shops treated us with indifference and a lack of interest. (Probably because we are a senior couple?) We will most certainly support this business again. Hopefully Adam will still be there,
