Bad service

I am disgusted how things were handled with scheduling a booking at the Italian club restaurant because they are rated best for venue hiring. First they tell you that in 48hours a response will be made with my scenario i got no feedback and if urgent to contact whoever is responsible for scheduling a booking; i messaged and was ignored and if you phone , no answering of calls is made. I find it disgusting and wouldn't recommend them to anyone if these are procedures to booking an event.
