Can I just say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There website does not work when you need to buy water. There is always an issue to log in and buy water!!!! I have been struggling for 3 days just to buy water on their website!! The most USELESS website ever!!!

Ever since Iswitch, I’ve never been able to enjoy the luxury that is electricity. You pay ridiculous amounts like R700+ just get 20 units out of it, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’m just ready to move out of this place because we’re being taken advantage of.

Today I had questions with my water and electricity prepaid I called iswitch and spoke to Nathanie Chellan she explained to me about the services fees charged when buy prepaid electricity and water she was very clear and forthcoming with information I understood everything..thank you very much for excellent service keep it up really appreciated
