IRS ****med me

On 31 march I received a call from an IRS agent she claims that I am been overcharged on my car and person loan...which the loan was suppose to be last payment this month...so on the call the lady never mentioned that she is putting me on debt review...now they are no where to be found i am not even sure if they will for my car and they have already debited the amount which I am suppose to pay for my car... Now I need help so that the car can be debited again by my bank... They have ****med me... Please help they also made a funeral plan that I ddnt approve of that is called infusion They are ****mers please help me... What made me believe them more is because they also on NCRs Please...why would they put me on debt review where else I dnt have problems on paying my debit..my credit score decreased because of they..to I went to my bank and pay the remaining loan because I dnt even trust they will pay...I dnt want to loose my car please help
