Innovation Hub Group Dishonest and *********
Innovation Hub Group is a company that cannot be trusted, nor are their products or services worth using. They have a history of renewing contracts without prior notice, even when a cancellation has been submitted in writing. Despite clear communication to terminate an agreement, they proceed with renewals and demand payment, forcing customers to either pay a settlement or endure the contract period, only to be subjected to the same deceptive practices again. Their business model appears to prey on small companies that lack the resources to hire attorneys or pursue legal action, exploiting their vulnerabilities for profit. This company has proven to be ********* and unreliable, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. While they are quick to demand payment, their service quality is so poor that we were forced to hire an alternative company to complete the work. As a result, we ended up paying two companies due to Innovation Hub's dishonesty and lack of integrity.
