Total disappointment

I have bought 4 infinity dresses from Storm in April 2018. Now that I want my bridemaids to come in for a fitting, she totally ignores me. She doesn't answer any calls, whatsapps or facebook messages. I am totally disappointed as I already paid R2000 and don't know if I will ever see my dresses or even a refund. I don't recommend her as she takes your money and doesn't deliver any goods.
