Bad service with Infini-Fi

I placed an order for my router to delivered. It was shipped to this day nothing. I have sent numerous WhatsApp no response they don't have a contact line. I opened a ticket to escalate my order nothing. IF***2 they asked me for my tracking number, then they didn't get back to me. Vuma has done all the installation this people are no where to be reached. I don't know why Vuma recommended them. Bad service and communication
