Bad service with Infini-Fi

I placed an order for my router to delivered. It was shipped to this day nothing. I have sent numerous WhatsApp no response they don't have a contact line. I opened a ticket to escalate my order nothing. IF00017302 they asked me for my tracking number, then they didn't get back to me. Vuma has done all the installation this people are no where to be reached. I don't know why Vuma recommended them. Bad service and communication
