INACONNECT
Based on recent customer reviews, INACONNECT is facing serious customer dissatisfaction, with a recurring theme centred on unauthorised debit order deductions from bank accounts. Customers consistently mention being charged a recurring monthly fee without receiving the promised data services, and many express frustration at being unable to reach the company to dispute charges, request reversals, or cancel the debit orders. A common sentiment is that the business feels unreachable and untrustworthy, with customers also reporting that their banks have been unable to assist in stopping the deductions.

Absolute S**MERS so cleverly done, they have all the right tools, they have the right words, and boom, get you sucked in so quickly, especially if you are not really listening to what they are saying! Don't even entertain, don't give your banking details - you are not going to get a loan - you are getting ****med for R150 data that you probably won't even be given! They continue to tell you that you are under no obligation to take the 'benefit' of the airtime, but you must approve to go through the loan department. The supervisor even called back 5 times!!! Assuring me, trying so hard to convince me. I kept on declining, and finally, the calls have stopped! PLEASE be warned!

The lady called me though and promised the data will be loaded to my contact number, yet over 6 months + they and yet deducting R140 of my account and I cannot find them for a reversal and I want my money back, since I have been paying for something I haven't made use of.

I have been trying to locate this company to stop an unauthorised debit order and I never get through to them. Nedbank as well cannot stop or cancel this, they only gave me a number which doesn’t go through
