Great customer experience with WeFix trading in my phone, up until I hadn't received any communication from them regarding the delivery back to me of my phone (I had rejected the trade in offer)
Great customer experience with WeFix trading in my phone, up until I hadn't received any communication from them regarding the delivery back to me of my phone (I had rejected the trade in offer). I was patient and waited for 7 working days before reaching out to enquire, only after reaching out had WeFix shipped my device without an apology and without an explanation. They can do better
