Useless people IDC/FTI

called IDC/FTI today to request a settlement letter to pay of the account . little did i know that this will turn out to be a nightmate . the people that i spoke to were the most unprofessional , useless , clueless people that i have ever came across . it was actualy sad that they occupy employment space and not others who might be the opposite . it took them the whole day to letter and amount further to this when you request to speak to a manager or supervisor ...they pass the phone to their friend or colleague who then acts like a manager or supervisor - That's actually disturbing. I requested to speak to someone from their finance department to speed up things and guess what ! They mentioned that their is no contact details ...they just send an email and wait for a reply. IDC/FTI you really need to train your people on the phones alt pay attention to who you employ - because the ones i spoke to today YOH! They don't deserve to be on the phones . Today i have spoke to 3 managers ( not sure if they are actually managers ) 3 different agents And all of them were useless !
