Worst customer service
I made a deposit a week ago and it wasn't processed. I have been hounding them and nobody seems to be able to help. Customer service is non existent - they just keep you on a line without resolving the issue. I certainly wont be doing business with them again.

Withdrawal of funds a nightmare.
Trying to withdraw funds for a week. I deposited my funds using a bank card and it was accepted, now I tried to withdraw using the same card out of the blue it is not accepted. I gave an alternative card and out fo the blue no funds are available in the wallet which is not true. This withdrawal experience is the worst I have ever had. PLEASE HELP.
