I bought a 2021 Hyundai Venue in 2023, as an used model. I recently found out that the car was in an accident in June 2021 and the vehicle was supposed to be written off. They sold the vehicle a month later. I have brought this to Hyundai's attention and the Elizabeth Maloka from customer care refuses to help me. They have cancelled the warranty on June 2025, on the vehicle, that has been standing for over a month to have the intercooler replaced. They have commited ***** by cancelling the warranty which I have paid for and just refers me to the ombudsman. Just because they did not logged the car as written off, I need to carry the cost of the repairs and trying to sell the vehicle as a code 3.
Elizabeth Maloka is the worst person to speak to. She can't assist with anything or call me back. I hope this cost her her job. What is the use of customer care if they can't assist in any way.
