Hutton Plumbing

Was advised by my insurer Auto and General that Hutton Plumbing will be assisting with our blocked drain. They came here had a piece of rod with a round piece of metal on that must be around 1.5m long. Pushed into drain and advised that they will come back the next morning with other equipment to open drain. Next day I am told by insurer that the plumber needs specialized equipment to open. What a load of BS. I do ot know how you expect to open a drain with such a short piece of equipment to start of with - horrible service.
