Based on my personal experience working at Hussar Grill Blueberry Square, I found the work environment to be very difficult and distressing. I experienced repeated incidents of ***ual harassment and inappropriate physical conduct in the workplace. I also observed other staff members experiencing similar behaviour. I reported these concerns at the time, but did not feel they were taken seriously or adequately addressed. I did not feel supported when raising workplace issues. In addition, there were ongoing concerns regarding pay and workload, which contributed to a very high staff turnover.
