DO NOT use this company! I ordered and paid for 2 items on 05 May 2024 and immediately received a notification that the order was in progress. That's the last I heard from them after innumerable emails and attempted phone calls....Nothing! Out of the blue I received 1 of the items near the end of June and sent yet another email chasing the 2nd one. To date (11 July) I still have heard nothing!

Hutalot Bad Service / Stay Away
Placed an order and not response afterwards. Cannot get hold of them on the phone, WhatsApp or email. No feedback as to when my goods will be delivered. Very bad customer service.

WARNING: AVOID THIS VENDOR! I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a seating die, but they emailed me weeks later saying it was out of stock. Since then, despite numerous attempts via e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp, I've received no response. It's been almost three months since I placed my order, and I've had no feedback and no refund and/or no ordered item. Save yourself the frustration and avoid using this vendor!

Huntalot poor customer sevice
Placed an order nearly a month ago. Followed up via e-mail, no response. Tried calling, no answer. Very bad customer service, and I'm expecting the money I paid for the product is a loss.

Massive waste of time as they don't carry the stock they say they do
Like so many other reviews I was also caught out by Huntalot. They are clearly a dropshipper who actually doesn't carry stock but doesn't tell you that when you order. I ordered a rifle and a bunch of accessories. I got a call from customer service to advise some items were out of stock and the lady helped me change a couple of things so they could process the order as in stock. I thought it was great service and had left 3 weeks to my hunting trip so was impressed. That's where it ended. The follow up email told me it would be 10 working days and they actually didn't have stock and my items would be sent from "The Warehouse" (which is clearly the manufacturers warehouse and not theirs). After 3 weeks, I had to contact them and get a refund as their 10 working days was clearly nonsense, I even had to chase for the refund as they told me 9 working days and I left it until 12 working days to chase and finally got payment. So they held onto my money for other a month and no doubt picked up a nice bit of interest on it. A massive waste of my time! Why lie about it? If you don't have stock, just say so, surely it's more work and effort to deal with unhappy customers because you made promises you can't keep.

Don't do business with these people, placed an order for R4000, immediate got a mail saying out of stock and placed on back order. have been trying to follow up with countless emails (which are never answered) and telephone calls (which are also never answered). Wish I had read the reviews before i place the order, have no idea how I'm going to get anything back from this business!!!!!

Orderd a 6mm Airpistol, along with a tazer, tactical pen, and pepper spray. And order of R3000!!! I orderd the 26th of March. It is now the 7th of April. Got one email, stating my order has been processed. I emailed them 100times, for a tracking. But nothing. I phoned all available lines, just to listen to automated mesg and then the phone goes dead. I wish I read reviews online before ordering!!!
