The support received regarding the Battery and Inverter setup for my site was extremely poor. I was told that I must acquire a Cloud link Device to be able to use the battery. Dispite telling Tristan that the Setup Manual does not state that. The device was acquired, however, upon installation, it was discovered that the specific inverter model is not included in the compatibility list—a critical detail that was not made clear at the point of sale. Tristan was highly unsatisfactory. Rather than addressing the technical gap or providing a timeline for a firmware update/driver integration, the support interaction was dismissed. When I pressed for technical clarity and a path to resolution, the response was to unilaterally close the support ticket without a solution. This level of service and the "unfit for purpose" nature of the hardware unacceptable. Cloud Link Device manual is out of date, referring to cables not even in the box. It reflects poorly on the brand's commitment to technical excellence and customer accountability.

My solar instattion was activated in Jan 2022 and includes 4 x AM2 Hubble Energy batteries. On two occassions since then, I have noted odd data values and contacted Hubble Support. Fortubnately my installation includes their RIOT connection and they are able to access my batteries for remote analysis. In both cases they requested me sending batteries tp them for warrantee service/repair. They commmunicate well regarding the staatus of their activitties and when they have completed the repairs/service. Other than courier charges, there have been no other costs related to this.

Recently installed an AM5 paired to a Victron. All documentation indicates that a Cloudlink must be installed for the BMS to talk to the inverter. A lot of good stuff on the Hubble site about the cloud monitoring so I went ahead. Sadly the Cloudlink only displays battery data, nothing from the Inverter. Have logged two support calls, the first took 4 emails before the technician understood what my problem was. The second thankfully only 2. The result is "be patient we are working on the issue but we cannot give a timeline on a resolution". They have known about the issue all the time but do not indicate anything on their site. The "we cannot give a timeline on a resolution" tells me that they are not serious about resolving the problem. Shame on Hubble for their misleading adverts about the Cloudlink.

I recently had a failure on my solar systems battery AM2_HL2305002393. I contacted Voltex and Hubble warranty process was started, it was over the holiday season and this is what impresses me about the business, battery was collected for assessment, I was send the repaired unit, a detailed defect report. I can recommend Hubble, true to their word and their warranty. You as consumer just follow the rules
