No Response or Service

I have mailed Host Connection endless amounts of time to assist with resetting our KonsoleH login as for some reason the password no longer works. We urgently need to make some changes to our emails. It has been more than 2 weeks with probably more than 20 support tickets logged already. They do not have any telephonic support and do simply not reply to the mails. I am very unhappy with their service and personally going to do everything in my power to change service providers as soon as possible is I do not get any reply from them.
