I am utterly disappointed In the terrible terrible service I am receiving from Homechoice! They sold me a TV, I paid it for 7 months and it stopped working! I logged a compliant they referred me to Hisense who picked up TV told me it can’t be fixed I must get a refund from Homechoice! Homechoice sent me from pillar to post! After I submitted my proof of payments I was told I would get my refund in 5 working days! Today is 10 working days and I still don’t have a refund! What’s worse is when I call in they keep me on hold and tell me that the refund is awaiting authorisation! And what is even more upsetting is that the staff is telling me I will not get a full refund and they can’t tell me why. So here I am waiting for a refund which i don’t even know how much it will be and Homechoice refuses to call me back and I am sitting without a TV at home! Nobody should ever buy from Homechoice they have horrible customer service and *********** staff! Especially the managers! They have no management skills - they can’t even resolve queries!
