On the 28th of Jan I requested a quote for the dishwasher racks that rusted after a few months of use. This being our second set of racks from 2023? in my emails I asked why this keeps on happening if I only use the machine once a day. But they told us it happens and that our new racks will be available end of March! (If they placed the order as expected after requesting this) they even said that they would have been able to assist if the racks was still under warranty that surprised me because in 2023 they said the racks don’t fall under warranty and we paid for the current racks that has now rusted again!!!! My husband eventually posted on Hellopeter because we didn’t get any feedback from them and after the post on hellopeter they promised my husband that they will look into this??? no feedback as of today. I am still waiting! For that quote after I requested it numerous times on email… After my email the 7th of April to find out what is happening now, are we going to be assisted with new racks or why have we not received a quote they send a email to us and said the racks will only be available JUNE! So from JAN till JUNE I cant use my machine because the racks are rusted and a health concern to us! if it was as easy as to just purchase a new machine believe me I will and it will never be a Hisense again!!!! Clearly Hisense don’t care about their customer and to give any feedback regarding stock or enquiries? When I asked to speak to a manager I was transferred to a person Chane in the spares department 086 044 7367 I was told she is a manager( but that was a lie) and when I called on the 8th to follow up on her empty promises to see if they can assist us with spare parts from return products as she has promised to make this a priority and understanding our frustration…. that person does not exist anymore??? and there is no trace of my call that I made the day before from the same landline? When I try to speak to a manager, they seem to be very busy! probably with lies to other customers with empty promises! I don’t seem to get any further replies when I said that it is ridiculous that the parts are now not available till JUNE??? why is this so hard to get sorted???? Please don’t be fooled by their products and clearly their services They clearly have a problem with this and they still don't care that this is a serious health risk to the customers!!!! they just move on to their next victim of bad product and service! I was willing to purchase new racks but I am still waiting for a quote or any kind of feedback at least have the racks available end pf March as said!!! now I have to wait longer and follow up myself because we don't get any feedback!!! now I have a useless machine at home for the next few months!!!!!! I have never been this disappointed with service to the point that I wanted to post on Hellopeter. this is unacceptable!!!!! Let me see what their next lie will be after this post because at this point I don't trust their reply because its empty words just to show that they will look into this!

I ordered extra shelves for my fridge at the beginning of January. They sent the wrong shelves and I'm still waiting for them to collect and deliver the correct shelves 6 weeks later, despite following up repeatedly. When I asked for feedback, I was told that I just need to wait since I'm not the only customer they're dealing with. I asked to speak to a manager but they would not give me a contact. I then called their call centre and asked for a manager or team leader to call me. It has been three days, no one has called, and I've still had no feedback. Terrible customer service!

Hisense replacement spares for Hisense gas stoves are not available. Hisense products are s****ped because the replacement parts are not available. Hisense is not a brand to purchase due to lack of after sales service

I did not purchase an expensive dishwasher to start repairing or replacing parts within two years. How can you justify sending a quotation for new racks when the originals have rusted in such a short time? IN UNDER 2 YEARS!!
