BROKEN TOOTH-BAD SERVICE.*********** DENTIST-
Last year-MAY2023 I went for tooth extraction where i paid R550 to be told to come back with more money as that was consultation(understood).I came back the following week with MORE MONEY only to find out the *********** dentist(lady) BROKE MY TOOTH and left HALF inside.She then asked me for MORE MONEY for a specialist which demanded more money. I am living with pain,I got a huge WHOLE in my mouth.I was told the OPERATION needs to happen because the NERVES have been disturbed and my tooth is very close to the nerves and I might be paralized.They asked for additional R2500 which I said I doon't have and I was told R1000.NO one has followed up with me they literally took all my money and no effort on their side as it is their FAULT.They need to be dealt with I am living with a BROKEN tooth and constantly on MEDICATION.

Sonar scan quality is bad
I went for a pregnancy scan in October 2023 and for the price charged the quality was so bad. The scan was so dark that when I went to another Dr to re-do the scan , they also struggled to see the picture. I am so disappointed yoh.

Excellent service and a warm welcome.
I took my son for a circumcision at Health Cubes recently. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. I could not fault their services. We were seen quickly and efficiently. The rooms were clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service and a warm welcome.

Bad service at Healthcubes dental
I took my son to the dentist there today, there was an Indian lady who seemed to be the Dr's assistant. She was soo rude to me, when I asked her questions she got irritated would rudely answer me then then went back to be on her phone as it seems she was on tiktok..

Bad service at Healthcubes dental

1. Long waiting hours - over an hour and a half waiting for my partner to get assistance 2. Staff is unfriendly - the way they treated him was not humane & other patients were on & out even though they came in after us
