Damaged Goods/Bad Service

I sent a parcel to Durban, which arrived partly damaged.

Claim details were communicated on 1 April 2026.

Today 21st April 2026, we were told by the claims department that no claim had been lodged by the store.

The store manager promised to call me back today, in vain.
