<p>We regularly eat at Harvard at Rand Airport especially on Mondays as they have a half price special. Tonight was the third bad experience in a row and the last time I will go there. The first experience was waiting for more than 40 minutes for our food. No excuses about the delay. The second bad experience was being charged twice. Their card machine was not working, we paid cash and the amount still went through on our card. At least they fixed that the very same night. Tonight was the final straw when a ****roach joined us on the table.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the manager Giovanni and told him. His response was that the whole airport was experiencing a problem and that he has had exterminators out. I asked if the ****roaches are on the tables what does the food storage area look like. Again I was told it was a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>To his credit he apologised and asked for my number to give me feedback after speaking to his exterminators. The problem is that I like to choose my own dining companions and ****roaches would not be a choice.</p> <p> </p>
