Out of order waiters

The waiter felt it necessary to have a go at me after I asked him why he let another waiter take care of us.has manager stood there and let the whole thing happen as if he supports the manner in which his staff talks to patrons.this incident happened on the 10 December 2015 between 20h00 and 21h00.they should fire the cunt.
