Bad service

After struggling for service from our waiter after sitting down she had the audacity to say we under tippee her. If it's a policy they should include the tipping into the bill. It's sad to go out and pay such a lot of money for bad service and then you get the waiters who questions your tipping. Not first time it has happened. Will never go back to Hard Rock Cafe again.
