Leadership under Tebogo Tlou @Hahn Collection sucks. She's overly focusing on minor metrics, restricting agent autonomy, and hovering over tasks. Poor Communication/Inconsistency by changing rules frequently and providing conflicting instructions. She's always Yelling, using abusive language, and creating fear to drive performance. Sha has Lack of Support by Failing to provide training or support agents during difficult customer calls, especially when they are "making a scene". She has a lot of Favoritism and Unfair Treatment by Allowing certain employees to break rules while penalizing others. She's Ignoring Health and Safety by Forcing excessive overtime or ignoring labor law violations.
