Cancelled - Now getting harrassed due to their own Internal broken system

I had a membership at the Gym COmpany in Jacaranda Centre (Pretoria), which I cancelled due to finances. However, they continued to deduct money from bank. I even went to them personally on two occasions, sent 100's of e-mails, filled in forms, etc. to ensure that they remove me from their system. Now, again, they harrass me with e-mails, and even deducted after a year of cancellation, money from my account. I am not sure who to contact anymore, as I tried so many pathways. They even took my cancellation from that I filled in at the Gym, scanned it in and sent it to their HQ, but still, they continue to deduct money and continuously harrass me. I am so fed-up of this incompetence in their system.
