My experience with GS Funeral Services was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, their team was hands-on, attentive, and supportive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with compassion and professionalism. They walked with us through the entire process — from the initial arrangements, including fetching of our beloved's body from the hospital, to filing in forms, right through to post-funeral support — making a very difficult time much easier to bear. Everything we had been paying for, we received on time. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of caring and reliable funeral arrangements.

My experience with GS Funeral Services was nothing short of excellent. They walked with us through the entire process — from the initial arrangements, including fetching of our beloved's body from the hospital, to filing in forms, right through to post-funeral support — making a very difficult time much easier to bear. Everything we had been paying for, we received on time. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of caring and reliable funeral arrangements.

GS Funeral Parlour is the best in the industry. When I lost my Mom they gave me a peace of mind in the confusion of loss and grief.
What an amazing excellent service. I have a cover/policy with GS funeral parlour. I had never had such a cover before. I have always had cash cover with mainstream insurance companies where I paid exorbitant fees because of my elderly family members. I switched to GS funeral parlour policy. I paid a minimal fee for my cover with them compared to mainstream insurance looking at the number of people I insured. When I lost my Mom I got real value for my money. They came and did everything from moving her from a hospital mortuary to their facilities. They did the home affairs admin of registering death. I didn’t have to deal with that. They supp**** a dome-coffin, flowers, tent, cars and did the home and tent decor. Their decor was high end themed event decor. They also supp**** media (pics and videos). This was a beautiful add on that was appreciated by not only me but my whole family as it is a powerful way to retain Mama’s memory. What I found phenomenal and outstanding about their service is that I didn’t feel like a just a “number”, I felt like they feel my pain in how they explained things and delivered their service. Even their back staff is well trained. Everyone is kind. They keep time. They are patient. Employees are always neat and clean dignified in suits. If you are looking for a partner company during your time of loss and grief GS Funeral Parlour is the best funeral company to work with. Special Thanks to Tebogo, Andries & Wayne. Unfair treatment
We pay monthly installments just to be told oor body's don't fit the standard coffin and money needs to be added I'm really hurt
