On Line shopping- the company doies not deliver
On line ordering system refers. they are unable to meet their commitment of 1-3 working days for delivery of products. Order was placed on 19th August after numerous emails I get a phone call on Friday afternoon 30 August telling me the caller was responsible to deliver my product that he was in Pretoria and could only deliver the product on Monday 2 September "first thing" . During the afternoon I sent emails requesting they cancel my order and refund me money. I did receive a phone call I think telling me he had no stock but I cut him short telling him to refund my money
