Faldiela Moerat assisted me in getting my police clearance certificate. It took them one week to arrange collection, collect, process and send back my clearance certificate. Excellent service and I would definitively make use of them again.

Worst company and service
My fiancee has been waiting for her paperwork from DIRCO for 10 weeks now. She took the 6 to 8 week package. Now that she is in risk of losing her VISA. These people don't give a **** either. They refuse to answer calls or messages. Happy to take the money but do nothing. Here is the kicker they don't even do the applications themselves, they farm it out to another company. If I was you, I would stay way clear of these con artists.

Bad service when they can't keep to there promises as advertised
Horrible service, just does not give you precise clear answers and just tells you to wait! Always just " told a manager", "it's escalated" You ask for a managers nr and get ignored They not even the people doing the work, they outsource the work..... This results in answers taking forever and blame shifting Paid over R14 0000 not worth it! Think twice before using there middle man service's
