Low resolution pics at high resolution pricing- what a joke

I would like to clarify one point that often causes confusion:

Although the email shows a file size of approximately 1 MB, the file size alone does not determine the image quality. The actual resolution of your photographs is 3504 × 2336 pixels, which is a high-resolution file suitable for printing up to approximately 30 × 20 cm at professional 300 DPI, and larger for display prints.

The smaller file size you see is a result of email compression applied automatically to ensure faster delivery and to prevent email servers from blocking attachments. This compression does not reduce the pixel resolution of the images.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you prefer, we will gladly resend the non-compressed, print-ready versions at no additional cost. You are also welcome to share any other concerns with us via [email protected], and we will gladly assist.

As for the style of photographs, they are as advertised. 

Please also note that the package you purchased includes printed photographs, which are ready for collection as per sms and email communication shared with you.
