Stay far away from Goodrich Auctioneers!!
The owner/manager is extremely and openly racist (used the 'k' word in front of us to his staff members) and brash and makes the entire experience unpleasant. We purchased towels there that we were assured were 'nearly new' and were duped into buying them. Turns out these items were between 9 and 12 years old (as seen only afterwards by the labels stitched onto the towel with a date and the lodge's name). These exact towels sell brand new at Makro for R15 less. I wish I'd known and saved myself the unpleasant experience of going here. Stay far away!

Fraudulent sales by Auctioneers
On 6th /10/2021 I went to Goodrch auctioneers responding to an ad on Facebook market place. I got there and chose 2 single bed mattresses, I paid for the2 mattresses,paid for delivery and further paid for tax they charged. The following daytheir delivery guy brought filthy torn mattresses to my place and not the ones I chose and paid for, and I called them to complain and they told him to return them. Today is the 14th and they tell me 1.they don't have stock. 2. they don't give refunds 3.if I take the filthy mattresses I must pay for delivery again 4. They give credit and I must come to them to buy other things to that value. I paid them hoping for goods and service but all I get is abuse.should I open a police case?

Dishonest company to deal with
Raymond from Goodrich Auctioneers rented a trailer from my company. The trailer was returned in a accident damaged condition. Raymond did not have the decincy to inform me that my stock was damaged, neither has he paid for any of the damages thereof after an agreement was signed that he is liable for any damages to our stock. I have called him numerous times and he has since blocked me on True caller and WhatsApp as he clearly isn't interested in paying his debt. Absolutely shocking- I would be ashamed of myself!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!. I was assured the B&W speakers I was buying were in perfect working condition. What a joke! R4k down the drain. I've never understood people with zero pride, zero honesty, zero guilt

Great deal with the chess sets purchased. Dealt with lovely Sylvia who was more than accommodating and should definitely be the lady in charge. The place could do with a fresh slap of paint and a clean-up but does have potential. Thank you for all the help and advice Sylvia and we might see you again soon.

Great deal with the chess sets purchased. Dealt with lovely Sylvia who was more than accommodating and should definitely be the lady in charge. The place could do with a fresh slap of paint and a clean-up but does have potential. Thank you for all the help and advice Sylvia and we might see you again soon.

Warning!!!!! Fraudsters
I bought a phone from them 08/3/2018 it was advertised as an immaculate samsung s7!!! As I thought they are a big company and was assured the phone was 110% I purchased the phone there and then got home and tried it out as I'm not a cell phone technition or expert I couldn't get it working I then took it to mtn in chilli lane rivonia where I was adviced that its not a genuine samsung it is a knock off!!!! And it is sim locked!! I then called them and was told that they will sort it out tomorrow, I thought better of it and went back to them I told the gentleman working there what my problem was and he said he will call the boss, he returned with a whole new story that it's their policy that they will not give my money bac**** And was greeted by 5 security gaurds to remove me from their property!!! I just think for an established company to sell knock offs as genuine products is ridiculus people be very carefull of what u buy from them!!!!
