I am found to be Medical Unfit on 19 January 2024 from an I.O.D that I had on March 2023. None of my pension papers have been submitted. I am struggling till to date to get my things sorted.

Hi, I have problem to get anyone at kloof gold mine division that deals with death claims payouts, my father was working for leeudoorn mine which was consolidated into one mine called kloof gold mine, eversince the death of my late father who worked for them and died in mine accident nothing was paid until today, time of death is 1993. When I call they do not answer .

The mine advertise post online. They don't call people even you meet the requirements. They ll repost it online and when you applying it again,it says that you have app****. Something is wrong with hr department

I work for the mine as the Swimmingpool caretaker for 5 years, and was on a fix term contract. The beginning of Jan 2015, my contract was not renewed, and I was told that my area of responsibility is going to be looked at and improved, Im going to have more responsibility. So, my contract was not renewed then. Every month I still get my salary from the mine. I went to the offices where I was told that I am no longer needed and refused to pay me my monthly salary. I know by law that a employee can not be chased away just like that. I still got my salary every month, I asked to be signed on as permanent and put in another position - as stipulated in my contract, but with no avail. I handed in time sheets every month, and did not get paid overtime and weekends and public holidays, it needs to be paid out to me, but Mr Nkisi refuses to pay me. He gave me 1 months notice and I will get 2 months salary with my leave pay. After tax there will hardly be enough money left . I think I am entitled to all my money I have worked for, then I will leave the mine. I also emailed Nick Holland, CEO, but no answer as yet. It is discrimination and unlawful practice!!
