Highly disappointed for firstly paying full fee, for the major rides that are closed, took teenagers for their first experience and felt very ashamed,
Secondly this was not noted on the website, that is false advertising,
Thirdly I came there to be advised I need to book tickets online, again not noted on the website.
I have been coming to Gold Reef for years, normally I book in the hotel just to realize the hectic price increase,
This is very disappointing what is happening and how are you doing to correct this.
