Thieving gmoth vehicle testing station

I was volunteering in gmothvts for 2months and during that 2months the owner promise me that he will get me to enroll at traffic college after I have paid him 27000! 3 months later when I was about to obtain my diploma in motor vehicle examiner the owner decided not to pay tuition fee,now am sitting without a job or diploma!
