FTTHSA: Fibre To The Home SA
Based on recent customer reviews, FTTHSA: Fibre To The Home SA receives sharply divided feedback that reflects two very different customer experiences. Satisfied customers consistently praise smooth installations, fast and stable fibre speeds, and responsive friendly technicians, particularly in inner city Johannesburg areas. However, a recurring theme among dissatisfied customers centres on prolonged outages, unanswered support channels, and frustrating interactions with reception staff. Work from home users repeatedly express concern about reliability and communication during downtime, while others highlight billing reconnection delays and a website interface they find difficult to navigate.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been calling since 10am 13/05/2026 to get my WIFI reconnected and told everyone is in a meeting I must call again until now everyone is still in a meeting. I even spoke to the receptionist who refuses to give his name because it's against the Popia act and supervisor Lebo who's completely unhelpful WHAT A JOKE!!! Zero service delivery and false promises that's the FTTSA BRAND.

Been out of internet for more than 48 hours and our account is up to date. We’ve been calling with a promise that a technician will come… Guess what?! 2 days later we’re still waiting. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone really! We even explained that we work from home and already spent more than R200 on data alone.. this is so frustrating.

I spoke to your receptionist Sanele on January, 9th 2026, very rude and unprofessional. Kept interjecting as I was speaking, I asked how long it'd take to reconnect me as I paid on December 20th, 2025 and already sent my POP over an hour ago. It usually takes 30 minutes, she said I don't know. I asked if she can put me on hold and I find out - I work from home - she refused and put the phone down in my ear.

Their customer service is very bad. When I tried to sign up I assisted by a lady named Samantha very rude and unprofessional and opinionated. She doesn't know how to speak to customer doesn't mannersim and phone etiquette mostly unprofessional and thinks she knows it all. It's the second Saturday without fibre since I joined and it hasnt even been a month since I joined but I'm already experiencing coverage issue and there is no communication sent out about the outage I always have to call. Why am I paying for a service that is half done.

FTTHSA fibre company trading as global platinum is the worst fibre company we have ever had in the Randburg area JHB, we wish there could be other fibre companies that can take over because we are paying them for nothing.

FTH is by far the most unreliable WiFi provider I’ve ever used. Their favorite excuse is always a so-called “fibre break,” leaving people without service for hours—even those who depend on it for working from home. When you call, they don’t answer, and when they do, there’s no real solution or professionalism. Unfortunately, this network is not worth it. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy.
