One star is actually too much for these *******. I paid to get a birth certificate and was then persuaded to pay another amount to pay a bribe to a home affairs official. 2 years later and I haven't received a thing. The owner always has an excuse or is off `sick'. A very easy way to rob people if you think about it. She has probably never even seen the inside of home affairs. Do not give this ***** any of your money! You have been warned.

They took R8k of our money to get us the "New Smart Card", this was in May 25 Still to date - No Cards, No correspondence Always making Excuses and Blaming the DOHA for the delay Went to DHA in Cresta last week out of desperation, only to find out "Nothing had been done by these people, i.e No Records on File at DOHA! They refuse to refund our Monet

We are Pensioners, and needed to get a Smart Card. After 4 months and paid for Smart Cards for both of us, Still Nothing received, always excuses, blaming Home Affairs, Refusing to refund my money.

I would have given Zero stars if I'd had the option. Gill is as dishonest as anyone can be - she takes your money and promises all sorts of things to do with Home Affairs, yet nothing ever materializes. She has an excuse for absolutely everything! If she doesn't refund my the large amount of money that I have paid her within the stipulated time period, I'll be taking legal action against her ...

I wish I had checked the reviews on this place before approaching them. I wanted to get my son's ID sorted out in late 2023. I was coerced into getting my own ID card as well by Gill for a total of R6000. It wasn't necessary, but she was very persuasive, and my mom had just passed away, so I didn't have the energy to argue. From reading the reviews it seems as if it's the same modus operandi, she insists on payment upfront and then it's just excuse after excuse after excuse. Well after a year has passed and still nothing. I have read that others have served them with letters of demand which are ignored. I am going to call my lawyer now to take this further.

If i could give zero stars, I would. Very unreliable, in fact, dishonest to the level of ****mers. I've been waiting for over 90 days and counting for a service that was promised to be delivered within 31 days. To date, I have not received my documents and I've sent a letter of demand for refund which was ignored by Gill. The modus operandi is that they request immediate payment when taking upon your case and thereafter keep quiet until you request an update. Once the agreed date arrives, then the excuses start coming, from Home Affairs being offline to the new Minister of Home Affairs, to Gill being sick, imagine any excuse, and they will make it.
