Very sad behaviour

Tried to get them to stop emailing me via several mails, eventually called in. Had the most horrible experiance through reception and management.. With threats towards the actual person they are trying to get in touch with becuase they said I was rude........ I could have given them the details of the correct person but instead was told I must tell the person to contact them or they will be sueing him because of my interaction... Very distasteful. especially considering we have tried on serveral occatiosn to get the details to sort out the isuue.... Just beauce they are attornies they must not assume normal day to day people do not Know what we are talking about ...
