Gino's and alot of love!
My husband and I had our first date there 7 years ago and we go yearly for our anniversary. The restaurant is intimate with soft lighting. Loud enough to have an atmosphere but also not too loud to hear your partner speak. It is a place where you can tune the world out and enjoy a nice Italian dinner. Always great service and scrumptious food.

Best of the best, great food, great vibe, value for money. Its a definite must try. Been going there for years.

The best Italian place in Jhb
Visiting Gino's is always a memorable experience! Pizzas and pastas are just fantastic and very affordable. The place is very neat and kept clean and tidy. Love the bar area and the staff are super friendly. Food portions are very generous for the price. Would definitely Gino's to anyone looking for authentic Italian food at an affordable price.

Disgusting service at Gino’s Resturant
I just got back from Gino’s to buy 2 take away pizza’s and the owner was utterly disgusting and racist. I have never in my life been treated so insignificant and non existent in a store where I paid for the goods/service to receive. There was a white woman next to us to whom he acknowledged and even advised her on the expected waiting time and never even looked our way. Perhaps it’s best that you put a big sign in your entrance way saying no black people are allowed in your restaurant. I am so angry and didn’t deserve to be treated as such in front of my child. I’m a very proud black empowered woman who will never accept nor tolerate injustice to any other human being.
