Bad taste
Awesome beer tasting with Mr Gilroy. Unfortunately the waiter, Sonya, ****ed up, giving away our booked table after she reassured me that we’ll get our table back after the tasting. Needless to say, we didn’t get our table back. What’s the point of booking a table a month in advance? Gilroy’s beer went down well, but Sonya & the management left a bad taste in our mouths, leaving with no apology at all. #upyours

One person got no food
<p>Absolutely worst service ever. Music was much, much too loud and was seemingly targeted at the 10% who wanted to dance while most people wanted to have a good relaxing lunch with their families. to top it all they forgot one of our party's order and he sat with no food while we were eating. They should not have charged us for his food which he eventually took in a doggy bag. Also, second drinks order never arrived, we had finished our food and no wine or beer had made it to our table. I am so disappointed. this was a special occasion and it was spoilt for all of us.</p>

BAD SERVCIE AND NOT COMPLYING WITH LIQUOR ACT
Phoned and made a reservation for 13:00 on Sunday 20 December 2015. Arrived and table was given to another customer. Offered another table but this was among the smokers, and they do not seem to have a non-smoking section as per the Liquor Act and the Tobacco Products Control Act! People with babies and children younger that 18 sitting in the non-compliant smoking section!!! Will definitely not visit again and will bring to the attention of the authorities.
