Just want to shed some light on the situation I had with Getting A Deal.
Purchased a fridge online with Getting A Deal after reading all the nice reviews on the web. The delivery was more than a week late (I do understand that some products comes from the supplier itself and I've given them ample time for delivery). I contacted them and Richard promised me that the final delivery date would be last week Thursday. Wednesday evening 18h00 the delivery came, luckily we had staff who worked overtime and could receive the fridge (also not on Getting a Deal, that is the logistics company who is at fault, they ran late with the delivery).
I'm giving Getting a Deal 3/5 stars as I did receive the fridge a week late (could be supplier's fault, I don't know cause I wasn't informed) and had to pay additional delivery fees as I'm in an outlying area which I also understand. My problem with the whole situation is mainly that I had to do all of the calling, emailing and follow-up first, not sure that is my responsibility. I think the company can do better with that, keep your client updated with their product's status (mine was "processed" for two weeks).
Saying that, well done to the team that helped me after I raised my concerns. You guys listened and responded well, for that I'll up my 3 stars to 4.
