DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM GERALD PERSONALLY
Gerald's fitted new tyres and never secured the two front tyre's on the vehicle, as we left we noticed the vehicle was not driving correctly. We stopped and checked the tyre and it was loose. They had never tightened the tyre's on the vehicle. I could of been in a terrible accident and when I called to speak to Gerald himself he spoke to me like absolute rubbish and refused to take blame. He said it was not his company. It could not of been anyone else. He is a very arrogant childish man that has no idea on what business ethic is let alone common decency. I AM DISGUSTED... Is this how you run a business?!

Bad Attitude and Terrrible Service
I went in on the 28/09/2015 to have my rims that were fixed by Gerald's put on, with new tyres & exhaust. I collected my bakie that afternoon but when I got home realised the front tyre was flat & seemed to have a bubble in it. I took the tyre back this morning 29/09 & was told by the owner Gerald that is is my problem because I should have checked when I left that everything was in order & I damaged the tyre by driving it flat. Then Gerald changed his story & said that the guy who fixed my rim was in fact in jail now for stealing so it was his fault the rim wasn't fixed properly. Bottom Line, i took my rims to be fixed by Gerald's Wheel and Tyre - they are responsible for the work that is done. The owner refuses to fix the damaged rim & replace the brand new tyre i just paid for. I paid to have rims fixed & new tyres put on, now due to their negligence have to pay again to have the rim properly fixed and for a new tyre. Gerald the owner was swearing at me and threatening me, that is no way to treat a paying customer really (Gerald's wheels&
