ABSOLUTE *******
Absolute *******. Of a bill to be paid in advance in the amount of approximately R1400, 00, the call our fee was R450. For the balance of the amount R900, 00, the technician merely wiped down the printer and some parts, without adding anything, and then said that I will be given a quote for the parts needed for the printer. The problem of streaks when printing and scanning which I pointed out before payment and before "service-what a laugh)upon receipt was NOT rectified after the wipe down, and the technician knows that. When I said to Zoe that I am paying in advance the full amount, she said that is the company policy-I now understand it! To ******* clients, as long GCC has its money. I will never recommend this company. So please dont be duped by GCC.
