Unacceptable practice by Garden Court hotel Polokwane

I find it weird for this hotel to have handful of mini bar fridges and you had to request one at the reception but is always not a guarantee to get one. Is problematic because we all pay and we are all customers and all of us we need the same treatment. The hotel should provide these fridges to all available rooms. You go to Umhlanga Garden Court they do have fridges and check Park Inn do provide fridges. This is unacceptable practice and they take us for granted
