Superb Service and great, easy to assemble product!

Before purchasing from this company, I checked the reviews on "Hello Peter" - there was only one with a rating of 1. When communicating with them via their WhatsApp button on the Website (which was very responsive with very helpful and friendly lady with good feedback), I mentioned that the "Hello Peter" review was a bit of a concern and challenged them to improve - seeing that I needed the shelves within 5 days. I placed my order and was overwhelmed with all the email communications that followed. Even one indicating 7-14 days for delivery compared to the website indicating 2-4. Again the lady on the WhatsApp line explained the process to put my concerns at ease. What followed was more email communication informing me of the progress & tracking of the parcel. Here is the GOOD news - the parcel was delivered in perfect condition by 11h00 the next morning! Wow what great service! Thank You Garage Guys!
