Good day Dear Ms Lucas, Kindly note that, as discussed this morning, I requested your banking details in relation to the attached payment, as is evident from the email correspondence and telephonic conversation this morning. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and the attached proof of payment. I would also appreciate it if you could update the administration department, as I have received a suspension notice, which is quite concerning and confusing. You previously advised that a double debit would be processed in June 2026; however, I have already made the attached payment for your attention and perusal. I kindly request clarification on the status of my account and confirmation that the necessary updates will be made to avoid any interruption of services. Kind regards, Concerned Client

The medical aid paid up its portion the hospital contacted me that the gapcover has not paid and i forward and copied the hospital later months later when i tried following then they said its too late to make a claim i copied to the lady every conversation, then they disappear in thin air no where to be found. i do not recommend them at all. i paid off the hospital so im thanks with these ppl they just want money

Worst gap cover ever. Almost a **** . All they know is how to reject claims and then blame the medical aid for not covering it properly. What is the point then of gap cover. I think they don't understand there offering well at all. Going to the Ombud. I need to change to a gap cover product that works, as this one clearly doesn't. They find every reason they can to not pay claims.

I struggled with a claim for my Father, who is 85 years old. After emails and telephonic enquiries, an Angel crossed my path - Sonja Wiese!!! Sonja called back if she promised to call back. She rep**** to my emails. She went the extra extra mile. The best part is that the gap cover claim will be paid in full soon. Sonja, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your patience with me. Your knowledge of medical aids are amazing. Keep up the good work.
